Truck (already bought), 1970 F100, seller claimed it has only 76k miles (drives like it) but that the odometer was except due to age of truck. Anyway I can document or find out if milaege is correct? Truck was from Oregon, now I've licensed it in Washington.

Here in Oregon the DMV does keep track of the mileage, but not on the older cars and trucks normally. You might give thema try and see what they have on your truck. Check with the PO's and see what they can tell you about the moles that were put on the truck.
