anyone know of a resonably priced decent engine machinist in the greater Cleveland OH. I can find expensive backlogged guys easy enough and a few of the bad ones. I used to use Detroit auto parts 10 years ago but they closed up Napa is hit and miss and Clark and Seme screwed me befor. ANY HELP ??
The old Detroit in Brunswick, now called Federated/APC still does machine work. The machinest ***** is a good guy. You might also stop down at my buddy Sherman's shop on the corner of W.65th and Clark and see if he can get it done.
small world i just talk to him sunday abount my riding lawn mower . he might had his old ford truck then/ and his nova? i will tell him you said hi. alan
Yup, ol Blue with the 460 in it. Good runnin old truck, always like it. Never saw the Nova other than a picture. He'll remember my blue/white 69 F100 with 428 in it. I've been doing Sat lunch with Roger and the group for near 20 yrs too. It's been a routine for alot of guys for years to get together there and go to lunch.

Story Motors in Massillon is the place to go. He may be a little drive but he is fair priced and backs up his work. He rebuild my 351c, 351W, and my 226 for my 51. He was alot cheaper than anyone else. His Phone number is 330.837-2049. The owner operated the shop so he makes sure its done correctly. Been here is massillon as long as I can remember. He does all engine new and old. He is doing two model T engines now. He is just acrossed the street from me which is how I got to know him. Good honest guy.
Yep, Story is a good place and like you mentioned and I've heard a bit cheaper them most places. I've never used him, but never heard anything bad either.
