Truck show and shine

We are thinking of having a truck or Ford truck show and shine (or dirt) at the dealership this summer, June possibly. Is this something the members would be interested in attending? We are in Orangeville, see map at http://www.f150sale.com/contact.html

Now what would be cool would be making a weekend out of it and doing a trail and dirt show deal. Have some guys get together and take some others out on some spots to play in the dirt. Downhere in Essex County it's kinda flat and not too many places for getting dirty. I usually have to go home for a weekend and go to Mosport area to play in some dirt.

Like I told you on the phone Jim, I think a lot of members would come out. Many of them live in that area and are only about an hour away. Me? I am 3-4 hours away and I would come. Would you like me to add a poll to this thread with the SUNDAY dates in June and people can vote for the best date?

Yes to Matt the poll would be a good idea... now as far the dirt part you really have me thinking ... would everyone promise to keep the shiny side up?

Well i do have to make it back home in the truck so i had better keep the rubberside down. If you made a list of required items for each truck to meet a criteria? EX tow straps chains whatever. keep in mind some trucks more modified then others and had a fairly easy course for the rookies, ie ME, then i'm sure we could all play nice. In the past i have taken cars into the places in Mosport that some truck have difficulty getting to. Sometimes its about avoiding trouble rather then looking for it. Then i'm sure we could all have a little fun we would just have to keep the dirty truck away from those shiney ones cause they'd all pout when the truck shook all the mud off into their spots

Far as I know any of those dates are good for me unless there is a family thing like a B-day then. Since my truck isn't a 4x4 I won't be doing any of the off-road fun. I guess I will be there with Sean watching everyone having fun doing it. While watching I can take pics of everyone having fun off-roading!!!!

Sounds like not a lot of ineterest in Off Roading, but if there is maybe we can arrange an early morning or late afternoon off road test session in our FX6 and Mojave's for those who like to keep their rides shiny
