77/79 truck grill

Will a 79 truck grill/shell fit a 77? im almost sure it will, just want to make sure be for i buy.

77-79 have the same body style, so it should. I never tried it, but consult a LMC catalog, it should say a year range on the grille.

If you are taking these parts from a donor truck, don't forget the upper R/L grille mounting brackets. They are a different design than on the 1973/77's.
