Here is the schedule for Friday: Friday, June 1 Series Event Time Grandstand gates open 9:00am NASCAR Busch Series practice 9:00am-10:20pm NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series qualifying 10:30am NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series practice 11:45am-1:15pm NASCAR Busch Series rookie practice 1:20pm-45pm NASCAR Busch Series final practice 2:00pm-3:00pm NASCAR NEXTEL Cup qualifying 3:15pm NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race driver introductions 4:20pm "AAA Insurance 200" race 4:45pm

according 2 the lil book that came with my tickets, shuttles r sunday races only,

you guys might want to check the shuttle schedule...i am also thinking the shuttle used to only run on sunday

That is true. The shuttle run by DART is only on Sunday.

We will plan on meeting at the track at 3:00pm instead of the Blue Hen Mall unless someone has a better idea.

I hope that I can get there in time for the race, as my brother can't get off of work until 2 or 2:30 from Elkton. I will pick him up and go directly to the track as quick as possible. My concern is with the parking and where we would be able to park that late in the day. I don't know much about Friday races as we have gone only to the Sunday races in the past, which we had to be there very early to park. Any suggestions from those who have been to the Friday races, is parking a problem?

Race starts at 4:45 you should be able to park at the track but will have a long walk. lol

For the truck races it's normally no prob. parking at the track.

I have been looking on your message board and have just a couple of pointers to make your day a little easier. Parking on site Friday is free. I do not believe the shuttle runs from the Blue Hen Corporate center on that day for that specific reason. If anyone needs any additional tickets, please have them contact me as we still have great availability left!
