If You can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!
I just got out of a meeting and have some good news for you. Although I cannot guarantee Mark Martin, we are having a Truck autograph session at the track on that Friday. The session will start at 11 am for any who want to attend. I know it is early, but I figured I would let you know. A Friday ticket is the only requirement to attend this session, so it is open to the public. I figured if any of your group was there early, this might be a good deal to check out. I will keep you posted on any additional happenings.

Stacey,
I would like you to block off 30 seats for now.
The notice has only been on the site for 2 days and we have 8 tickets reserved.
If you could reserve the seats for the Delaware Chapter of FTE(Ford Truck Enthusiasts) that would be great.
The May 1 date for releasing the unclaimed reserve seats is ok with me. I will keep you updated, probably weekly, with a ticket count. Just now starting to get responses from Maryland Chapter of FTE.
We have a TriState meet with DE, PA & NJ on April 21, I should know by then if PA and NJ will have anyone attending.
Did I mention before that the DE Chapter's favorite is Mark Martin. See this link in our chapter forum.
All seating for our Friday event is along the front stretch. What I am thinking would be best for your group is the following:
I would block of a section of the front stretch specifically for your group. At that time, members could call me and say they are calling about the special ticket offer to Ford Enthusiast or at least mention Ford Enthusiast and I would place their seating in the specific block of seats. This would take much of the stress off of you. This way each person could pay for their own tickets by credit card or check (made payable to Dover International Speedway) and each person would have their tickets mailed directly to them. What we would do is put a deadline on when I can guarantee a certain section. For instance, after lets say May 1st, I would try to put them as close to the Ford group as possible but I wouldnt be able to guarantee placement directly next to. Does that make sense? If not, please give me a call or email, because I know sometimes organizing an event can get a little confusing.
I will check in the system tomorrow and block off a number of seats for your group. If you had to estimate, about how many seats would you say I should block off? Also, because your group would be ordering early, I could get you reserved seating at $38 dollars which is a $5 discount off the regular price.
I will be there for with my camper, usually in lot 9 and go to all three races. I usually sit around in turn 4, maybe I can splurge for the reserved seats. Any body else camp over there?
Charlie
