Are these weld-on C's?
I had this posted in the axle forum, but got little attention... so I'll ask it here.

Are these the weld-on style brackets where the radius arm connects to the axle? I can remove these brackets and have a smooth axle tube?
The axle is from a '75 F100. It is a D44 hi-pinion with drum brakes. I can convert this axle to disk brakes using the knuckles, spindles, rotors/hubs, and calipers from a '79 Bronco?
I may use this axle for a SAS into an Explorer. The smooth axle tubes will allow places for welding on the leaf springs perches, and then I need to convert it to disc brakes.
