3.0 to 3.0 engine swap

I am replacing the engine in my Ranger. The donor engine came from a manual equiped truck, and the crankshaft has a needlebearing at the tranny end of it-
My auto equiped engine DOES NOT have the needlebearing at the end of it.
How do I get the bearing out of the doner engine so I can install the torque converter?
