Locking Rear Diff Changeover

Anyone know of the time/effort required to change the diff(s?) to true locking? I got stuck in the snow last night (yes in July!) and was just spinning my wheels. On one side of course! True locking would have broken me free. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

The cheapest way would be a lunchbox locker like a Lock-Rite. Probably around $300 and you can do it yourself. If you have a factory limited grip it won't work in your carrier but a Powertrax No-Slip will (I think).
