Help on 300 Timing?

Help on 300 Timing?
I just need to know which mark on the balancer to use and which set of marks on the timing cover to use... I couldn't get any help in the 300 section so any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

The 300 section has that listed many times, try again there. Your service manual will also have illustrations to help.
