in checking the post,i see it has not gone anywhere in a week and a half.therefore i vote to merge ct into the ne chapter,and i will continue to monitor and help sglaine with maintaining the ne chapter as second in command.i see no reason to pursue the ct chapter,as its following is meager at best.
