Smog bypass belt...

Guys I made a mistake and bought the wrong sized belt so that I could bypass the smog pump... For those of you who have bypassed the smog pump altogether what size is the length of belt...?

I have no idea.....but I read a post here that said 5 to 10" shorter than stock. I'd start with 10 if i could try some different ones.
Anyway.....this will get you back to the top and maybe get you a good answer.
Good Luck

With the normal belt on in its normal configuration, use a string to figure out the length you need. Just run the string around the pulleys in the same path as you want the new belt to take, mark the beginning and the end, then measure the length with a tape measure.
