I don't remember what year, but I think it was an 04 ranger, there was a guy on eBay making sohc 4liter m90 blower intakes. Search the Internet you'll find something already built for not much money.
If not, the flanges are flat, easy to make, and then just box plenum, with 90* elbows into the ports, top has bolt pattern for the blower (square flange down because eatons can be mounted any orientation) and you can hang the blower forward enough to catch stock belt.

Ill try to find a buddy's Dyno sheet for his blown 4liter I spec'd out for him to build. It was quite impressive.
