power loss

I have a 93 f-150 4.9 litre engine manual tranny. my problem is after about 30 minutes of driving the engine sstarts to sound sluggish and will not accelerate. it actually losses speed and losses power, but I can turn the key off while driving and back on it runs fine for about 30 more minutes. can anyone give me some advice?

Check for codes. Some shops do it for free, you can get a code reader for $30, or you can do it with a $0.01 paper clip. Most of these problems are easy fixes. Follow the links below.
