Post removing door panels 2003 f-150

If anyone could help me before I damage the door, I am
wanting to replace my factory stereo speakers in my new 2003 F-150
but I do not see any screws on the door panel. I had a '96
ranger and installed the stereo myself but I do not
want to damage the door panels in my new truck.
Thanks

1. Disconnect negative battery ground cable.

2. Remove sail panel. This is the little triangle located at the top front area of the door panel (hiding outside rear view mirror mount)First pull the triangle towards you until plastic mounting stud is released from door, then tip the whole assembly forward to free the tab located at the lower left corner of the triangle.

3. You will now see a screw holding the door panel in place in that area. Remove it.

4. Remove the power window switch assembly by pulling it up with your bare hands. Unplug wiring harnesses.

5. Look inside the cavity. You should see another screw. Remove it.

6. With a thin flat-bladed screwdriver and a light touch, remove the door light lens. I believe a small slot exists on the lens for this purpose.

7. Remove now-visible screw.

8. With same flat-bladed screwdriver, pry loose the oval trim around the base of the interior door handle.

9. Remove handle by unscrewing now-visible bolt.

10. Bearing in mind that the door light and power mirror harness are still attached to the door panel, remove panel by LIFTING UPWARDS.

11. Unplug door light socket by turning a quarter turn and pull out.

12. Unplug power mirror harness.

Reverse for installation. Use a light touch when sliding door panel down onto door during assembly. It is easy to crack the "L" shaped plastic connecting hooks.

REVISED STEP 2 (Difference in CAPS)

2. Remove sail panel. This is the little triangle located at
the top front area of the door panel (hiding outside rear
view mirror mount)First pull the UPPER TIP OF THE triangle towards you until plastic mounting stud is released from door, then tip the
whole assembly forward to free the tab located at the lower
left corner of the triangle.

OK. My bad. I thought the removal procedure for an F-150 door panel was the same as my Expedition. To make amends:
