are there any plans for the ky chapter to meet up again. i was interested in coming last time but my grandmother died shortly before time to meet so i wasnt able to come. sorry i havent posted here in awhile had alot going on. last time i posted i had a 74 extended cab f150 with a 390 unfortunatly the lady i bought it off of couldnt get a title. then i bought a 1986 f150 with a 302 and automatic well it ran great i put 75,000 miles on top of the 99,000 it had when i got it before the engine finally blew a rod. now i currently own my dads 1994 ford f150 300I6 5speed. very nice truck only thing i wanna do is adapt it to 4x4. i can remember since dad got the truck haulin many loads of wood to the house but in the winter time it had trouble making it up dads step hill. now that i own it i wanna keep it as close to orginal as possable because dad liked it so much. sorry post is so long just wanted to reintroduce or update my self a little bit to the kentucky chapter.

Seems not much is going on here in KY. Your Truck sounds Great! I have an 81 F150 4X4 Mudder that is set up just like yours (300I6, 5spd). I love it, so when you get yours done give me a shout, well go hit the trails. I am hoping we have some kind of get together this year, seems things have been dead. I live in Somerset and we have the SomerNights Cruiz every 4th saturday April-October. I would love to get a bunch of guys together for that. We will see what happens. Well, be good!

Saying a person carrying a gun is out looking for trouble is like saying that by wearing a seat belt you are looking to get into a violent accident...
There is a lot going on in Kentucky. go to search "car shows "and you ck the state you want and walla you will find a lot going on. If you don't find it let me know.
I had to stop and search my papers I found info @ KentuckyCarClub.com and it gave me the clubs here and cruises (sorted by date) also contact name & numbers
www.kentuckycarshows.com is run by DJ Charlie Napier .. its only listing what he is going to be attending, but its still a good list.. I should be @ the May Somernites Cruise, I try to hit a couple of those a year.. did 2 or 3 last year, just look for the big orange truck with Tigger in the drivers seat!
Also for those who are interested, May 19 @ the Kentucky Horse Park, there is the 3rd Annual Horses and Horsepower Show (http://www.horsesandhorsepower.org ) All proceed's goto benefit charity (it lists which on the site) Since I cant make the F100s..Ill be attending that instead.
I would love to do a KY meet ... anyplace but Richmond
Howdy Wintremute + all ya'll. I'm from the Marion, ILL area. I feel kinda lost out here. Would this be a good group for me to join?
Seems the ILL group doesn't want anything to do with us southern boys.
I need to find some local groups to hook up with for some riding!
4starcustms ill be attending the may 19th car show with my dad he is going to be bringin his OPEL GT while this isnt a ford ill still try and stop over and say hi. dads always wanted an opel now that he has got one he is schudulein a bunch of car shows he just got all the body work done and painted.
I still live in KY, but I'm at the western tip now. Closer to St Louis than Lexington or Louisville (we get Cardinals games on local broadcast!).
Hey, wintremute, I live in Graves County, too! I'm new here, just getting settled in. Soon to switch to diesel from my V-10, so lots to learn.
But, wanted to say HEY to a fellow western Kentuckian. BTW, I love this part of the state. Lots of great places to ride horses within an hour's drive. That's our passion.
