I submitted my request to join the NY chapter on the 22/Feb. and have not heard anything as yet. Not that I'm rushing anyone. I just wanted to know what the time frame was. tia

Well, the leader of the New York Chapter is Ronin007. He has to manually approve the requests. BUT, he hasn't been on since February 18. So I would assume when he gets back he will do that for you. Maybe send him an email or PM?

Frank - sorry for the delay, but I have been burning the candle at both ends since the first of year. I have way too much going on at work and home right now (see my thread in the NY Chapter). Add the snow on top of all of that and it is a bit out of control to say the least.
Anyway you are a member now and will see you around on the board!!

Thanks Darren, I wasn't putting pressure on anyone. I was just wondering how long it took. Maybe in the near future I can lend a helping hand. When I get my grammer spruced up a bit. I love this site even if I drove a VW I would not leave all these great people. Again, Thankyou for the warm welcome.

Frank - don't worry about your grammar. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. I can't be online like I would like right now just because of my workload at work and a lot of home projects for both my family and my parents. It has been great for me that the other NY Chapter members have been able to cover for me. So feel free to post up and help one another.
