I agree it is listed under heavy useage, but if you read the preface to the special operating conditions section, it says if you occassionaly drive in these conditions it is not necessary to follow the special operating schedule.
With that said I am not a proponent of not changing the trans fluid. I am only responding on what Ford has said.

The Scheduled Maintenance Book states to do your change at 30,000 just like bsocko stated, I have yet to see anything about Lifetime ? I have never had any vehicle that I left the tranny fluid in for more than 20,000 miles and never had any issues so just do it between 20 and 30 thousand and you will be fine, Transmissions are like women, If you dont do the maintenance sooner than later all you will have is problems. it aslo says to do it every 30, 000 miles, 30,60,90 etc.. Now if you have a 6r60 trans that changes everything, but we are not talking about that tranny we are talking about a 4R75W...Like talked about before Using a plow would fall under special operating conditions, normally that it how they get you to spend more money and doing the maintenance, you may not need it but it doesnt hurt either, Excessive ! I Think Not !

It's been said in this thread MANY times. If your driving falls under the "severe conditions" category then change the fluid every 30k. BUT if you just drive the thing and tow every other week the service manual states 150k. I personally change it every 60k or whenever it looks like it needs to be changed.
