Talking Red Deer In The Seventies

Just wondering if anybody from Red Deer is on this forum. As I grew up there and went to school there.Went to Central Junior High and Lindsay Thurber .

I used to visit Red Deer all the time in the 70's.

I lived in Calgary for 52 years...

Did you know any Christensen's

I lived there from 01-04. Worked out at that nasty gas plant there. Came back to Edmonton cause the family was calling....

The name sounds familliar but not sure. Was there some Christensen's out in that little town just before Caroline.I think it was Spruce View.

Not the same.
However, I was part of the Gulf station in Caroline on some weekends.

The owners of that station were related to the Christensen's of Red Deer.
The Kids from the 70's
Ann,Mike,Denise,Karen,?

They lived just North of the college on 35th st

Million, Iwas thinking of the Hasen familly and not the Christenses.I went out with Christy Hansen way back then haha.

I am from Red Deer and still am. I also attended those faciliites. Grad '77 from the Comp. We painted "GRAD 77" on the water tower up at the Deer Home.

im living in rd

ive lived here in reddeer for the passed 6 years i dont mind it to much sence i came from a small town in nova scotia
