Two trucks, same problem.

Ok, so i got an 04 f250 diesel and an 05 same model, same everything. In both trucks the stereo's decided to stop sucking in cd's. Whats the deal? In both cases, my stereo's were working fine and then i went ot swtich cd's and they stopped accepting cd's yet it says there is no cd in it.

any help?

Hi Therin, welcome to FTE!

All I can think of is the trucks don't like your taste in music.
(Just kidding).

Is it cold where you are?

Shop purchased CD's or are they ones you've recorded yourself?

Some players wont play mp3 cd's or other home recorded formats.

I've noticed that my truck will sometimes not accept copied Cd's, some of them it will and some of them it won't ... but on the redeeming side I have a $700 Denon universal player for my home system that will not play dual disc but they will play just fine in the truck!
