Unhappy Suede seats wearing

Short of seat covers, is there anything I can do to stop the wear on the suede parts of the seat material? I end up sliding on the side bolster and seat cushion as I get in and out of the truck and the suede is not holding up.

If your sliding in and out, there's not much you can short of coating your pants with teflon. Ford should have a replacement cover and foam for your seat, I have one siting in a closet for when I wear mine out.

A lot of guys like the Wet Okole seat covers. I have a set in my Lightning.

Also, just FYI, it's not really suede. The fabric is man made and it's called Alcantara.
