Congrats! Over the last year I somehow moved from loving 80-86 to 87-91. I have picked up 3 cheap beaters that all run and drive. 1 is even a 4x4. Too bad you aren't near DesMoines. I am always interested in picking up parts trucks and it would be fun to split one up on a weekend!
351 4x4 is a nice truck. Seems like there are alot of 302s out there... (my least favorite engine) My 3/4 ton is a 351, 1/2 ton 4x4 is 302 and 1/2ton 5 speed is a 300. I would really like to have a 3/4 ton 351 with a ZF 5 speed. LOL not too many of those are in my beater price range though!
Too bad you couldn't afford it, have a 3/4 ton 351W 4x4 sitting here waitng for someone to take enough interest in it to take it home, but it isn't beater priced, but not over priced either... it has to pay my cousin's bail fees that my dad paid...
