Does anyone make a replacement BBW for our Slicks. Or is this a strictly a donor deal.

 

Have you looked in some of the sponsor catalogs for them? If you have the old one why not measure it and give them a call. Or if you only have the opening measure that against one of the BBW conversion kits and see if those are the same. I know the BBW is listed doing a google search up to 1960. Bob'sf100 and Mac's have the glass for those BBW.

 

Just got back but I'll give that a try Mark I didn't know they had conversion kits. That's cheating

 

Uni back glass is strictly 1961/3, and was offered in clear only.

Is the 61/63 uni BBW available through any of the sponsors? I thought I had exhausted my searches. I wont be so afraid to yank mine and the molding out to take it to media blaster if someone makes one.

 

Whiz, Check with your local glass company. They should be able to order one in for you.
