I'm happy but the dog isn't...

My 80 lb Black Lab (Jasper) kept telling me it was time for a new (to us anyway) truck because he has outgrown the front captains chair in our 92 F150 XLT SC. I figured with 213000 on it maybe it was time to listen to the dog. We found a really nice 03 F250 Crew 4x4 King Ranch with the 6.0 PSD. I'm thrilled but now Jasper is grousing because he's been relegated to the back seat. I just can't keep the dang dog happy! This is my first PSD so I'm up to my neck reading and learing. I'm also still exploring to find out what 'toys' I've got that the sales staff didn't clue me in on....like the heated seats. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated. At this point the only change I'm planning is switching from dino to synthetic.

I picked one up at wally world last night. I've got a Lion's Club meeting tonight but tomorrow morning I'm planning to do the seats with the ArmorAll Leather Gel and then install the seat cover. Dang dog! The wife is easier to please! She just wants to drive this new one...says that I've gotten the old one broken in right so now it's her turn! LOL!

Jasper is 4 and is my 80 lb shadow. The wife has a miniture schnauzer named Kelli, she's a rescue dog. I've had Jasper since we picked him out of the litter so I AM his human. Kelli's been with us for about two years and has been real compatible with Jasper.

Two is enough! Both of them are worse than kids. LOL

Even though I ask if you want her, I could never get rid of Freckles.

Although my son wanted her originally, somehow she would up being my dog.
She was a little to hyper for him at the time.
Now his interests turned to girls instead of dogs, so I get the dog.
