When i resized my avatar to fit this forum it wont move, its just a picture.
How do i get it to move?

A moving avatar is a whole series of pictures(frames) with timing and display information. All you did was resize one of them. You will need to resize all the frames and then build up the file that animates them which is a long process. Unless you have a lot of free time you are SOL.
