Hey triple8 what r u talkin about the powerstroke diesel is the best diesel out there, my uncle has one its a 04 and it runs like the day he bought it, tons of freaking power. If your saying buy a dodge ur not a real ford person.
he can have an opinion...my buddy has a dodge with the cummins and it's nice...lots of power...
he's just ranting....
my problem with dodge is the inside is horrible looking.....nice motor....trans is ok....frame...not so strong...outside...ok....motor good....rest ok

i saw a dodge truck earlier today with alot of smoke coming from under the hood, i belive it said HEMI on the side. Dodge has a very good Diesel motor, and thats all i got to say about thier trucks.

I test drove the new tundra. Nice truck for the first full size truck,nice power. I think that the 150 has the best truck out there but the drive train in the tundra is the best out right now. Put a great engine in a great truck and ford will hold the number one spot for a long time. Remember this I OWNED, a 92 f150 , 93, and 97. I now drive a 05 super duty power stroke 4x4 crew. I am a ford man but if I where to buy half ton today I would look real hard at the tundra.
BOOOOOOOOO, Yeah...you will buy a tundra today....then next year or 09 you will be like...o man i shoud have waited for this F-150....gees i'm stupid...
i'll keep my very strong truck, welded frame, tows more, holds more in the bed, rides very well, super quiet, good power, strong trans, strong diffs, looks the best inside ford over the new tundra....

Ok yes the cummins is a good diesel, but that engine is not sitting in a good platform, i kno alot of ford guys that would love to have the Ford frame and guts, dodge engine and the GM alison tranny.

I don't see whats wrong with buying a dodge, it still puts money in ford's pocket. After all ford does own cummins, which begs the question why doesn't ford put the cummins in they'er trucks instead of selling it to dodge
