hey . i couple months ago i got a new 06 150 harley. its got the reg 5.4. just curious what the best intake is i can get. best meaning power and gas meilage for the money. dont feel like spending a couple hundred bucks and then find out i couldve gotten a better one. thanks

 

Air Force 1 is the best but pricey. If you don't want to cough up the extra $$, Volant.

 

the web master is correct but did not go far enough. the Air Force 1 is great but you need an AccuFab throttle body to go with it then you got some more power.

 

Hi, made any changes to your HD yet? What kind of mileage are you getting? I get 13.9,more would be nice. I,ve got 5.4 in my HD also.

 

I had the same question about CAI's on 06 F150 Harley and appreciate the answers. Also wondered if there is any real advantage to changing out the stock exhausts? Sound ok to me now but if performance or mpg were to improve I'd consider it.

About 14.2 mpg with about 6500 miles on it.
