I replaced the ipr in the HPOP as it was bad. Not my runs fine, but you have to turn it over 4 to 5 seconds before it fires. Once it fires, it runs perfect. It just takes a couple seconds of cranking. It never started hard before the IPR went bad, but it has been this way the second it was replaced. Is it possible that the HPOP needs primed somehow, as in, it isnt making enough pressure early enough to start the injection process? Is there a way to do this? Will air in the system work its way out of the HPOP? As usual, any and all info is greatly appreciated...... THANKS IN ADVANCE

 

How far/long have you run it since the IPR change? It'll take 50+ miles to work all the air out of the system.
