the six-gun bundle is advertised as producing up to 138 more HP and 231 more TQ over standard 03-07 superduty numbers. that means your 05 is making up to 463HP and 801TQ. did you really really think that the 08 would be able to out pull that, 113HP and 151ft-lbs down??? i also doubt your truck is making that max advertised power, even at that its still a considerable bit more than the new 08's. plus, not sure if you know that or not but, that is considered a modification. and one the will soon be available for the 08's most likely. and it will probably produce more than your truck. meaning that it will probably out pull your truck on the 6%

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
Now that I have been seeing the 08s in person, I am really starting to like the stacked headlight look.
Also, all the people who didn't buy a diesel because they hated the noise will now be stepping up to the new 6.4 because of how quiet it is and because it won't smell nearly as bad (to them). I personally love the smell of diesel in the morning
Finally, I know that my wife is going to love the new 6.4 because of how little noise it makes. It will make my life much easier when it comes time to trade in my current F350, all I will have to do is take it for a test drive.

It really does look better in person. Way better. I wasn't sure about it at first but they look very nice in person, throw some beefy tires and they look even better.
