is it possible to fit 35 x 12.5's with no lift and bushwacker cut out flares. also, i'd like your opinion on the cut out flares...

Yes it is definitely possible but you'll have to do a good bit of fender trimming. I've seen this done on 3 broncos before--all early to mid 80 models. I'm not a big fan of flares but alot of people have them so they couldn't be too bad.

Get to trimming,
Brian

35's with no lift??

I'm not sure about the 80's Bronco, but on my 90 Bronco, I had put 33x12.5 tires with 15x10 rims on. Stuffed the wheel wells very nicely without doing any modifications whatsoever. And I did not have to add flares or trim the fenders. Had alot of thumbs-up. The only problem is that I could not go off-road too much with out tires rubbing on fenders. Great for street & Highway driving though. So added a 4" superlift lift kit.

The big broncos look too cool to do much body cutting, I think.

Hope this helps

I have a '94 Bronco with 6" skyjacker lift w/ 35's and I can not count the number of compliments that I have got, espically form the females. Don't hold back, Broncos were made to look big and beefy. Peole like to see BIG BRONCOS. Might cost more, but I believe its worth it.

Unless the flares completely cover the tire, you won't like them. I had a truck where the tire width extended slightly outside the fender/flare and every bit of moisture, mud or dust I went through was thrown on the fenders, hood and windshield. It may seem like it should go forward with the wheel direction travel and it does, right up in the air and the truck goes through it.

35's with no lift??

thats a tough one. i can fit 35s easily on my 85 bronco cuz i cut back the sheetmetal about 4 inches.... problem is i get mud all over me when im wheelin. if i keep the bronc im gonna make wide flares out of inner tubes to keep the mud down if i was you id put a lift on it, it seems like you have a decent looking rig and i wouldn't ruin it by cutting alot of sheet metal. youll get alot better performance and articulation and all that good stuff. its up to you tho. good luck
