I read all these threads on plug problems just wondering if i have same issue on my 07

From what I understand Ford fixed it in 06’.

I don't beleive they did a thing except they may have a plug with a little better nickel plating to combat carbon??

If this is the case, then hopefully anyone who has their plugs changed (with the new plugs) won't have any problems in the future.???

Ford is now using a nickel anti-size on the spark plug's extension (smooth part) just before the threads (not on the threads).

You would be putting anti-seize in the combustion chamber than right. Wouldnt that just burn off?
