Looking for '42 to '47 truck parts. I just bought 2 more 1/2 tons in Hines and they were missing quite a few parts including drivers doors on both cabs. Would consider a complete truck if it's within a 150-200 mile radius of Christmas Valley. Wife gave me a choice of either get rid of the old trucks or she was leaving, went out and bought two more! Now I can afford more parts!

Anyone have a useable driver's door striker plate for a 1953 F-350? I just need something to keep the door closed here on the farm. The truck is a flatbed with a welder/generator and an air compressor to maintain equipment. Never goes on the road. I'm getting tired of holding the door shut while steering and shifting.

I see they make new ones, but would prefer a ugly hand-me-down from someone that gets shiny new ones!

I need to start liquidating some of my "treasures". Anybody that needs 65-66, and 67-72 pickup parts shoot me a PM. I have extra beds, cabs, chassis's etc, etc. Literally TONS of this stuff.

Don, if that '47 is still cluttering up your place I can bring up my car carrier and still have room for 2 swb trucks on the deck or any parts (up to 12,000 lbs. plus a '47) that need to be delivered between Condon and Christmas Valley was that suttle enough?

Co-worker just picked up a 1960 F-250 Custom Cab, with big back window. It has a six cylinder and 4 speed. The person he got it from did a hack job 4x4 conversion, by cutting the box shorter, and lopping off the end of the frame (yuck). No transfer case or front drive shaft. A lot of tlc needed. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do, but he didn't want to pass it up. So, I'm listing it for him. $1000 o.b.o. Pictures will come soon, if anyone wants them. I did manage to jump the coil, and get it started, and it actually runs quite well. Will try and tinker with it through out the week so that it will move under its own power. It has a clear Oregon title.
