How much is biodiesel per gallon?

The price can vary greatly depending on the source of oil. The amount of BD in the fuel will also result in price variations. Blend prices for B2, B5, B 20, etc., will vary depending on the petrodiesel price.
I priced some high quality 100% Washington-grown canola oil BD99 yesterday, and it's at $3.15/gal. (we paid as high as $3.39 last August for #2 petrodiesel). Canola oil makes the best quality BD and can be difficult to find in my area, so I'm willing to pay that price at this time and blend my own. Petro diesel is currently around $2.20 in our area, so I can splash blend my own B20 for around $2.39.
You might give a call to the station your are looking at buying from to ask what their price is. I'm sure you'll find a lot of different prices.
