No problem, while getting parts you need an adaptor for converting from Speaker wire to RCA cable to take the feed for the amp from your speakers.

For me, I have a set of Premium Warn hubs due in on the 26th, the New Edge Evo for the F series with the 5.4 on the 27th and some more painting to come. Phil its really that easy to add the sound and if you want to hide the sub look into the alpine PLT-5 powered subbox or a JL steath box. They will use the least amount of space and sound killer. They have all the stuff to add amps to a stock system and rock your world.

Thanks for the help Ryan and Brian.
I'm kinda lost when it come to this stuff.
I think I found a box that goes under the back seet. It's a MDF sub box by XScorpion for 125.
I don't know if I want 10 or 12s ,2 or 4 ohms?
They have soooo many amps 1 2 4 or 5 channel???
I have been looking at Alpine for the sub and amp.

Phil when I had the old truck I took the storage doors in the back behind the seat out and made sheet metel doors to put my subs in. I thing I had 8's in that truck to. They should still be out in the shed it you want to use those.

I picked up a new mod today, I just have to deside which truck I want to put it in. I've never had a in dash screen before so it will probably end up in the 05 since its the stereo also.

It was so nice out today I did a mod too.
Took the dermal to my tranny dip stick and added a nice billet handle. So I ordered one for the oil too.
http://www.chickenears.com/billet07_kit2.htm This is what it looks like.

Brian, I have chrome dip sticks for your 86

I payed 410 for my hood and then had to have it painted. I bought it at the All Truck National direct from Cervini's so it saved me quite a bit without having to pay shipping plus they give a discount on the hoods there.

This is the only hood they show for your truck at Cervini's and on the site it lists for 525 but my hood list for 560 there
