Stumped and frustrated

Hey guys have a 1995 351W in my f250. I’ve had it for about 2 years now and finally got it back to running order but as I live 2 hours from the truck and my dad being off when I work things have been messed up. My dad decided to do an EGR and smog delete without really looking into it. So now I am trying to figure out what goes where and what vacuum components are needed.

If anyone could show me a video or picture of the vacuum lines or just walk me through it I would greatly appreciate it! I can’t read the schematics I’ve found for anything.

I am getting around 17-18 on the vacuum coming off the intake manifold. The switch for HVAC dash/vent is working. I am not throwing any codes. I have the EGR hooked up to the sensor but not to the heads due to a cutting job and no longer have a vac can.

Here's a video from a 1988 5.0. It may help with the basics. Yours will be slightly different, but the fundamentals are the same.
