Lightning is starting off with a positive reputation.
2004 Lightning question
I have a whistling/wining noise coming from the front end of my 2004 Lightning when it is around 20 degrees outside. It happens when driving 20 mph or faster. Any suggestions?

All joking aside, I have no clue. Antenna? But that would do it whether it was 20 degrees or 80 degrees, one would think.
