I am helping set up a dyno day for a group on another forum and thought you guys might be curious what's really making it to your tires. Anybody interested? We need at least 5 or 6 to make it worthwhile. Typically costs less than $50 for 3 pulls, but it's been a while since I've gone.

If i had something worth putting on the dyno, I would. But my tired ol' 78 F150 and 2000 Passport are not worth it. I'll pass this time. Thanks for posting that offer out there.
I'd probably get about 50hp with my 4.9 powered '88 and it's only got 148,400 mils on it. If I tool it to the dyno and ran it hard, it probably quit on me. Sure would like to see what shows up though.

This would be for FTE members or other Ford trucks that happen to show up. The dyno owner will usually let us fire up a grill or something for lunch. It's just as much of a social function as a performance function.
I don't have a date in mind. The dyno business is pretty slow right now, so we can about pick any date we want.
Mike, I would actually be VERY interested in seeing what your 4.9 would do. I think you would be pleasantly surprised at the numbers. There are several of us in the inline forum that would like to see what a stock 4.9 will put to the tires.

OK, so which shop are you thinking about using and can it handle large vehicles?
I ask because if it's not too far, and everyone gives the "OK", I could bring both vehicles (2005 F250 and 2007 Suburban) to get the count up to where you need it.

It would be at Tulsa Dyno. I know he has done lots of trucks. I think the only thing that won't fit through the door is duallies. It's a tight fit, but I know trucks fit because both of mine have been on there.

Man would that work great for me. I have ordered a XCAL II and am waiting for the download chip to send back to them so they can tune it. Do you think they would let an old SUPERCHARGED 5.4 in the shop. I'd love to do this. Rhonda and I would be gald to whip up some eats for the GTG. She makes some great baked beans. Heck she makes great everything when it comes to food. I don't guess you could tell that from the Legends GTG. Keep me up to date on this one for sure. Thanks for working on this. I will help in any way I can if you tell me.

Just say when and what you all want us to bring for cooking. Rhonda and I would love to bring a cooker and fix burgers and dogs. If others bring something else they would rather have we'll cook it for them or turn it over to them. Just say when. Like I said earlier, it would work out great for me. I have this Stage 3 Roush Supercrew and a new Xcal II on its way if it gets here soon enough, that should have 3 or 4 custom tunes to try out. LET'S GET UR DONE AND LIGHT EM UP !!!!!!!!!!

Well, like most "get-togethers", it'll be tough for everyone to come to a consensus. So, just set up a date that is good for you and let's see who can make it!
