What's it worth?

Found a 71 Ranchero. The body is as straight as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. 351 Cleveland 2V(fresh rebuild), C6 tranny, Posi rear end, bench seat, New yellow paint (looks like urathane and well done), new flowmaster exaust w/headers, interior is in great shape, odometer is showing 103,000, underdash air, power streering and brakes. Only rust is around battery tray but not bad. Some chrome needs to be redone. Needs weather stripping around windows but what's there is not to bad. Runs and drives great. The guy is asking 4K. Seems high but it is a nice ride. Whats a fair price to offer based on the above info?
