Cylinder placement

Can any one tell me if the cyl. are still 1-2-3-4 on the drivers side and 5-6-7-8 on the right side. I replaced the front two plugs and coil packs on the right side cause the computer said I had a mis on #5 and #6. Drove the thing to work the next day and it still has the mis. Going to lunch awhile ago the check eng light came on again and said #6 mis. I don't know what to do. Yes I put dielectric grease on the springs. Please help me.
