I Need Headers (93 F250 7.5L 460 4WD 5 SPD)

I Hope You All Can Help Me Out. I Need A Set Of Headers For My 93 F250. Its Got A 7.5L 460, 4WD, 5 Speed, with A.I.R. Injection. Im Getting Rid Of The Smog Pump, CAT, And The A.I.R. Injection. So Im Just Lookin For A Good Set Of Headers To Finish My Exhaust Off. Im Going To Run 3" Dual Exhaust So I Would Like The Headers To Have 3" Collectors.

Also If Anyone Has Removed All This Stuff Before Any Info Would Be Appriciated.

I have a 1992 F350 4X4 and I have Doug Thorley tri-y headers on mine they have been on there for over 40 thousand miles and no trouble. I don't know how well they would work with true duals because the left header goes under the oil pan and hooks into a y-pipe to the factory exhaust. I removed the cat, smog pump and all the related hoses and I have 3" pipe from the y-pipe collector to my flowmaster 70 series muffler. As for removing the air injection system there is a red line from the valve on the right valve cover that goes to a control valve on the left valve cover just unplug it and cap the port on the valve. Then you can remove the control valve on the right valve cover along with all the hoses the intake filter the pump etc. I don't remember what length belt I used but I think it was about 6" shorter than the stock one. hope this helps

Ok Thanks Man. I Will Call Doug Thorley And See If They Have Some Headers For What Im Trying To Do. Im Sure I Can Find Something. You Pretty Much Nailed All My Questions About Removing All That Stuff Because I Have Looked My Truck Over Pretty Good And I Can Visually Picture Everything You Have Said And It Sounds Like It Matches Up With My Truck Perfectly. Thanks Again.

Ok I Have Finally Tore Into My truck Because I Blew An Intake Gasket. It All Was Going Well But I Broke A Couple Of Those Little Plastic Vacume Lines. Im Going To Get New Ones But I Was Wondering If There Was Something Better I Can Use. Also RRISDON you Are Right True Duals Is Not Going To Work On My Truck So The Tri Y's Are Deffinatly Going To Be The Way To Go. Well The Truck Should Be Back on the Road After This Weekend. Hope Fully After All This She Runs Better than Ever, And Maybe I Will Go Put The Old 37's On And Go Lay A Set For The Neighbors.......They Love Me For That.

All my xtra stuff fell off too, now I can actually see the engine! I've had a set of Gale Banks engineering headers on my truck for over 10 years. Unbelievable, particularly under full throttle, full load. Pulling a loaded goose, or my skidsteer for example. After my air pump fell off, and I cut off the offending bracket, I used a Dayco 5060475 belt for the alternator.
