My fun this weekend.

I had this wonderful experience of having my son borrow Mrs.Fixit's Outback only to have him ditch it a mile and a half from here. I got in my psd, rode over the icy first mile, the got to Alba with the roads only lightly snow covered at that point, since it had just started (saturday). He ran forward in the ditch a good 50 feet, which tells me he was moving at a good clip. I ask him what happened and HIS response? "I don't know".
"So you weren't paying attention?"
"I was too!"
"then what happened?"
"I dunno. It just slid into the ditch."
"see those tire tracks? That's not a slide. and that guy's mailbox is 30 feet from where he kept it. you had to be going too fast."
"well at least I kept it from hitting that telephone pole" (the pole was directly in front of it)
"You didn't keep it from hitting it. It stopped in spite of you."
Out from his house comes the guy with the roadkill mailbox. "What happen? you fall asleep?"
"I dunno"
Here we go again...

Sounds like someone has a roundhouse kick to the **** coming. Well, at least he was okay in that bonehead move. Speaking of boneheads, any thoughts, Terry?

Well, Good Morning Rattle Can. What did I do to you?

As for my thoughts...perhaps the driver in question needs to be informed that the gas pedal is NOT a toggle switch...

Well my fun was gong to my buddies Wedding and reception!! After the Wedding, the wedding party got to ride aroud in a limo. A stretch Hummer H3. 28 passengers!! 3 rear axle!! Man was that driver good!! He manuvered that thing down through Old St. Charles and all over. I thought it was hysterical that we ran out of booze so they directed the driver to a Dirt Cheap Liquor store. There we are in the parking lot in a $150-200,000 Hummer Limo in a DIRT CHEAP LIQUOR parking lot!!

The real fun started at 10PM when I decided I'd had enough and it was time to go home. Man that was a lot of snow!! 50-55MPH behind a semi down I-70 to Kingdom City. From Kingdom City to Jeff, it hadn't even been plowed yet!! I admire those plow drivers now more than ever. I don't know how they know where the road is!! I was all over the place. It was so slick! But, my baby got me home!!

Well, he HAS his blazer, but the heater went out. I thought I'd be NICE and let him drive the Suby since it wasn't going anywhere anyway. He's back to the Blaze, no heat and all.
When he gets up the intestinal fortitude to ASK me to help, I might just fix it lol. in the meantime he lies in the bed he makes I guess.

made it out with a slight concussion and my friend was just fine... we both had our seatbelts.... that really straightend me up fast..
