I was in Electronics Installation (EIS), last AFSC was 2E690 Telecom Superintendant, worked as a Telecom Engineer Team Chief in the 215 EIS.

When mine would do that, I used another cd (this avoids scratching the stuck cd) Insert another cd until you can slightly push the stuck cd. This will usually eject it, but if not, put a cd in get it underneath the edge of the stuck one and gently lift.
My 2002 with 5 disc changer use to do that all the time. This normally happened after driving for a couple of hours. Once you get the cd out, check to see if they are warm or hot to touch. In my case, the cd player kept overheating and I had to have it replaced (it was covered under the warranty at the time). Hope yours is a one time ordeal.
