Ok, need some help here. Heat is just OK (maybe 100f at vents) and ONLY available at vents. I've checked vacuum and have a good source on the black line under the hood. With the radio and ash tray out I can even see the vaccum actuator cycling back and forth when switch from defrost to heat (not sure if that is the blend door, believe just the air divertor door...correct?). Anyway, no defrost air at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I read in some of the other forums that the door hinge sometimes breaks and the door does not close properly. Here's a picture.
