'40 Radiator brackets

Anyone happen to have a set of radiator mounts (lower) to the chassis. Also inside fender brackets for the same. It sure would be nice to get a hold of a parts book with pictures. Thanks for your assistance. C U AL

Al - did you ever order the Mac's Antique Auto catalog? There are alot of parts pictures there. I know they have all of the fender brackets and looks like all of the radiator bracket you need. We're not sure what we still need for putting the body back on since we're nowhere near that stage. One thing we have noticed is that Mac's prices on everything we need are the same or lower than the other catalog's we have.

You can also see the pictures in their online catalog, but I like having the hard copy.

You can also download & print the Dennis Carpenter catalog for further reference.

Hope this helps - carlene

Al -

I almost forgot - if you're gonna order the catalog, go ahead and order the "Street Rod Parts 1909-48" also. It had some of the parts for our '41 that we couldn't find in the other catalog.

Thanks again Carlene, been a little busy around the house lately and haven't had time to putter with the '40. Found a new home to put about 6 - 8 of my cars and truck, going to be moving at end of month. I'm going to try and finish up painting of cab before Xmas and get the fenders and cab mounted. I'll try Mac's and see what I come up with. Have a great Thanksgiving, talk with you and Steve soon. C U AL.
