If you want true duals and high flow exhaust Bassani makes a great system that is all blot on. Several of the sponsering venders carry the Bassani line and others as well. Go to the NLOC list of venders and you will have no trouble finding a quality system.

my truck has a 2 inlet 2 outlet muffler on it now with 1 pipe coming from each manifold to the muffler. im adding headers next week so i dont know if i want to replace the muffler i have by itself or also remove the cats??????p.s.should i replace the dual inlet outlet muffler or would i get a better sound to add two single in and outlet mufflers....
Bassani, Magnaflow, or JDM/Silverbullet catback. Those three seem to be the most popular systems available for the Lightning/Harley Davidson trucks.
They seem to be the best sounding ones, in my opinion.
A Borla system is available, and some guys have Flowmasters on their truck, but I don't like the sound of Flows or Borla's on the L's or HD's.
Whichever system you choose will answer your question about dual inlet/outlet with single muffler vs. a double muffler sustem. For example, if you choose the Magnaflow catback (which has an internal x-pipe), it is similar to the OEM setup (single muffler), whereas the Bassani catback has dual mufflers with an x-pipe just before the mufflers.

thanks for the info. i had the muffler removed today and two straight pipes put in its place.it sounds ok but a little too glass packie sounding thinking about adding a tube between them to see if that would help .. also its a touch bet loud and this weekend im adding headers so i may have to add a muffler in place of the pipes. any suggestions would be helpful....
