97 f150 oil gage

i have a 97 f 150 v-6 2wd When i stop at a red light the oil gage fluctuates. But when i start going again it works fine. Only when it is stopped with the brake on it seems to mess up. If you put the truck in park it does not fluctuate. Also the right rear tire locks up after it has sat a while. Especially after a rain or a lot of moisture in the air.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Your oil gauge sending unit works like an on/off switch. Get a mechanical gauge and check the pressure. It sounds like it is low at idle. I assume you have checked the oil level.

Pull the RR wheel and check the brakes. You may have a leaking seal that is contaminating the brake.
