front hub/bearing question

I was inspecting the front end of my truck and I noticed that there was some play where the axle stub goes into the front hub on the passenger side. On my old Chevy 3/4 ton, this same sort of thing was the result of problems with the manual locking hubs. Would this truck be the same?

In that hub, is the actual wheel bearing that supports the axle, and the bearing is not removeable/serviceable.
