As Jason said, the distance between the Las Vegas area and the northern towns makes a general meeting pretty difficult.
How about late March? Might be a little warmer by then.
Offer up some suggestions about a place. Maybe a town with motels and a campground?
(We need a map with everyone's general location so we can point to a center point.)
Whaddya think?

Here is a link with a little history of Tonopah. The attraction for the FTE Nevada Chapter is that it is about mid-way between northern and southern Nevada population centers.
Maybe we could bring pistols. Empty some aluminum cans in the evening and in the morning take them to a canyon outside of town and shoot holes in them. What could be more productive? Bring dogs, toys, stories, food and drink?
When is a good weekend for everyone?

I am located in Reno and a new purchaser of an 07 CC 4x4 and would also be interested in getting together with other northern Nevada enthusiasts to gather regularly and tell a few lies.
