trying to help lil brother out need info(tires)

hey everyone. lil bro of mine has a 74 thats cut but otherwise stock. he is wanting new tires. i found these are hard to research on finding generic specs.
is there someplace that shows specs such as bolt patterns, factory wheel offset etc?
with that info i can figure out plus sizing etc unless someone has a setup were looking for?
he is wanting some BFG AT KO's and of course wants the largest he can fit. the only info i can base anything from is how big the UNCUT bronco can do.

PIC REQUEST!! anyone have cooper AT3's or STMAXX's??? Wanna see how those would look!

otherwise what would it take to go with a 31 10.50 15? lift? offset wheels?
i was reading that the uncuts can handle a 30 950 15 ? im sure its the rear fenders that was the limiter, but this one is CUT so how much width can we handle here?

i mainly just need a place or chart that shows specs in a nutshell since I dont have a bronco near me to put hands on the situation myself.

With cut rear fenders it will clear a 31x10.50 tire and the bolt pattern is 5 on 5 1/2" as for off set I try to stay center of the rim 15 x7 wheel with 3 1/2" back space the 7" whelk can handle a 10.50 tire
