Can somone tell me how the head rests can be removed to install seat covers? I have a 2005 F-150 supercrew with captains chairs.

I think you push the button in and hold it in while you lift them out. One thing I have heard from some others is that they put them on backwards and when that happens there a bit@h to get back out.

Thank you. I tried pushing the button but the head rest seams to still hit a hard stop at the top. I tried several times but thought I would ask before I broke something

Did you put the billet style grill on your 05 after market? Which one did you go with and how difficult was the switch?

There are 2 buttons that need to be pushed. One is the obvious one on the right hand post the other is on the left hand host and flush to the plastic ring. Depress both at the same time and pull the headrest off. I turned mine around because it was more comfortable for me. If you turn the headrest around it will not lock into a set position anymore without grinding some notches into the other side of the post. Hope this helps. goldendually

Yes, easy to install. It's the Roush grill and I think there still having a sale on it for $150. It retails for $195. You need to use your grill surround and emblem with it. Fit's like a glove like it's oem.

Yes, and it looks just as good. What color is your truck? I'll see if I can find one in your color and post it.

Dark brown metalic. I am trying to decide which grill will look best. I like the billet style but I have seen at least three variations, a roush, harly davison, and a Lund. some have very close bars and others more spreed out. The lund one said it is aluminum, but It said it is a bolt over. Is yours a plastic style? I am new to this forum, how can I get a picture of my truck up loaded? Thanks for the help.

I don't like the overlays. They look cheap to me. I had the HD grill on my truck first, look in my gallery it's a nice grill but cost around $300.00. And I also had a billet aluminum grill on my 2002 F150 made by STULL. The problem I had with it was the black paint between the bars started to flake off maybe a year or so after I installed it. I couldn't find one in your color but this should give you the idea

Quick question, I see the ford emblem in all of these pictures but the link you sent from roush does not have an emblem? Is it a different grill or an add on?
